My blog title comes from my favorite series of childrens' books, The Chronicles of Narnia. In THE LAST BATTLE at the very end, the children realize they have made it to heaven. "For them it was only the beginning of the real story...all their life in this world ...had only been the cover and the title page: now ...they were beginning the Great Story...which goes on forever: in which every chapter is better than the one before."
“A little boy is the only thing God can use to make a man.”
–Unknown
"There is an enduring tenderness in the love of a mother to a son that transcends all other affections of the heart."
– Washington Irving , writer
May the new day bring you
blessings
As the light comes filtering
through
May your sunrise be as lovely
As a morning draped in dew.
May the wind blow forth a
promise
Sending sweet bouquets your way
May life seem a little brighter
As you rise to greet the day.
May the daybreak render pleasure
As the birds begin to sing
May the distant roll of thunder
Bring forth a touch of spring.
May the mist embrace the silence
Like a fire fly in the night
May an angel walk beside you
To hold you in the light.
May the rain caress your body
And life drops flood your soul
May His Spirit come upon you
To cleanse and make you whole.
May the showers come so gently
Running gently through your hair
May you touch the living water
And know that He is there.
May the freshness bring you
new life
Pushing through the tender sod
May you pause to pick a flower
And touch the hand of God.

Love it! You look great! (Not sure if you feel that way, but you're pretty cute.) :)
Cute would not be the word I would use to describe myself at present. Fortunately, this body habitus is temporary! :-)
We really like the pufferbelly in the front!!! Anson's great-grandmother Zechman said to him, "You'll have lots to play with" [meaning the twins]. Anson replied, "No, not lots --just two." It will seem like "lots" to Susanna and Lance. :-)
Love and prayers,
Dad and Mom Cyphers

Now you are looking pregnant!! Just what you wanted to hear, I'm sure! You do look cute, but I know that is not how I ever felt pregnant. Won't be too much longer, right?
Big smiles!!
Great story from Grandpa...
Love the pic....hang in there!!
Love and prayers!
Susanna, your dad sent us you blog and I couldn't resist peeking. You looking adorable and Anson is so cute. We will be praying for a safe and quick delivery. Carrie, Stephen's wife, is having us a little Stephen on Sept. 4 (Dan's
50th b-day). That will make a total of 4 grandbabies, plus Brianna, our little girl that we foster. We will be checking in for pics after the delivery.
